This website offers life and relationship coaching services designed to help individuals and couples achieve personal growth and improve their relationships. These services include, but are not limited to, one-on-one coaching sessions, community activity workshops, online sessions, and resource materials. Our coaching services are intended to provide guidance, support, and strategies for personal development and relationship enhancement.
Service Purchase Agreement & Pricing
When services are purchased, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full services description before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the service when you commit to the purchase and you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices charged for services provided are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for these services displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Cancellation & No Show Policy
Clients must contact the coach at the scheduled time using the agreed-upon method. If a client fails to attend the appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice, the client will still be responsible for the coaching fees. The coach will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests made with sufficient notice.
Refund Policy
If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Please allow between 3-5 business days for refunds to reach your account. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.
Right to Modify Offerings.
We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
No Guarantee & Liability Disclaimer
The Client is aware that the coaching relationship does not represent psychological counseling or any kind of therapy. The Client is also aware that coaching results can vary and are not guaranteed. The Client agrees that he/she is entering into coaching with the understanding that the Client is responsible for his/her own decisions and results. The Client also agrees to hold the Coach free from all liability for any actions or results for adverse situations created as a direct or indirect result of advice given by the Coach.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Shauna Trejo, owner & operator of www.sereensolutions.online. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
